Bali Paradise Tours offers private tours, custom itinerary planning, and car with driver. Choose a service and prepare a request with your travel dates, group size, pickup area, and preferences.
Routes, travel times, vehicle layouts, and activities depend on your plans and local conditions. Confirm the details with the team before booking.
Requests and booking confirmation
Contact enquiries, tour and car requests, and custom itinerary wish lists can be submitted to Bali Paradise Tours through the website. Reviewing, copying, or downloading a summary does not send it; use the send button and wait for confirmation. All trip request summaries can also be copied or downloaded. A request does not reserve a service.
A booking is confirmed after the dates, itinerary, pickup area, vehicle, inclusions, total price, and payment arrangements have been agreed. No payment is collected through the request form.
Prices, payments, and changes
Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Tour prices are per car for up to four guests unless otherwise stated. Car and driver rates apply to the listed duration. Additional passengers, different areas, extra hours, activities, and special equipment may require a separate quotation.
Confirm the payment schedule, any deposit, and the cancellation and change conditions for your chosen service before making payment. Ask the team to include these details in your written quotation.
Your request information
Details entered in the form are used to prepare your request on the current page. Submitting Contact us, a tour or car request, or a custom itinerary shares the details with Bali Paradise Tours through our email delivery service, so the team can respond to your enquiry. Only the send button initiates this submission. Your chosen places and activities are kept for the current browser-tab session so you can return to your wish list. Personal contact and trip details remain on the current page and are not saved in browser storage.
Copy request places the summary on your device's clipboard. Download request saves a text file on your device. You decide when and with whom to share that copy. Reopening the page may require you to enter your details again. Submitted enquiries are held in the business email system to respond and manage trip discussions; they are not stored in a website database.
Website access and external services
The hosting provider may process ordinary request information to deliver the website. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies contact and itinerary submissions to help prevent spam and may process device and network information for this security check. We use Google Analytics to measure page visits, calls to action, and progress through trip planning forms. Analytics may use cookies and process device and usage information. We do not send form field values, contact details, messages, or request summaries as analytics event parameters. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
Photography and fonts are served with the website. Links to external websites and contact services take you to external websites with their own terms and privacy practices. Opening a request in WhatsApp does not send it automatically; you choose whether to send the message.
